Grab your backpack, light a stogie, and head out for lunch at one of the restaurants on the edge of the Chicago River.
In 1833, the Town of Chicago was organized with a population of around two-hundred people. Today, 9.5 million people make Chicago the third largest city in the United States measured by population. In addition to the residents, Chicago is a travel destination that saw over 46 million international and domestic visitors in 2012.

I have been photographing the things I see for over thirty years. A resident of San Luis Obispo County, I'm lucky to have many excellent photo destinations within a few minutes' or hours' drive.
