Description
Ford launched their iconic "F Series" trucks in January of 1948 with the original F-1. The 1948 F-1 was Ford's first post-war truck and was marketed as the "Million Dollar Cab" to highlight the advancements in the design and comfort such as a sun visor, ash tray, and the optional "Spiralounge" floating seat with a built-in shock absorber and spring that could be adjusted to the weight of the driver.
In the 70 years since it was released the Ford F-Series has become not only the best selling truck, but the best selling vehicle of all time.
