Description
Headlights have always given a car much of its character. Today transparent plastic is molded into shapes that enhance the car's contours. But back before the advent of plastics headlights were all round and it was up to designers to enhance those round bulbs with accents. This pair of headlights on a 1968 Chevrolet El Camino got, as most cars in the 1960s, the chrome treatment. When I look at these round headlights I see them wearing a pair of chrome eyeglasses.
