Perched atop the roof of the Apostolic Faith Church in Lahaina, Maui, Hawaii, is the neon sign that is poetically used to demonstrate that the pristine paradises on Earth have all but been destroyed in the name of "civilization."

I have been photographing the things I see for over thirty years. A resident of San Luis Obispo County, I'm lucky to have many excellent photo destinations within a few minutes' or hours' drive.
