Artist's Description
Dragonflies are masters of the air. Fast and maneuverable, this territorial insect patrols its small corner of the lake by darting from place to place and occasionally hovering to pose for a picture. The blue coloring indicates that this is a male, females have similar markings but are green instead of blue.
