He looked down from the third floor and scanned the people below. "You will be able to identify your contact by the clothes" they had told him. It wasn't much to go on. Could it be the man in the black and white stripes? Perhaps the one wearing the yellow shirt? Too many people were in white or blue. Then he saw her, the one with the scarf and the beanie. That had to be the one. He looked at the note in his hands. It was just a bunch of gibberish really, and he had no idea what it meant. He only knew that getting the coded message to her was critical for the security of the Commonwealth...
